Greetings all you wonderful Volunteers!

If you are interested in booking a room for the Music Festival for the 2016 Music Festival, please read below.


  • Musicians have first priority in the 3 Hotels that are offering Festival Rates.
  • 3-night minimum stays are required in the Holiday Inn and the Embassy Suites.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Festival Rates are available by priority, as follows:

Musicians – 1st; Managers – 2nd; Assistant Managers – 3rd; out-of-town Volunteers – 4th; all other Volunteers by approval of STJS Management.

This year, we have Festival Rates in the following Hotels:

  • Holiday Inn – $72/night; + taxes; + parking – $16/night (self)
  • Hilton Garden Inn – $92/night; + taxes; parking – FREE; full breakfast – FREE; shuttle to/from Old Sac – FREE
  • Embassy Suites – $105/night; + taxes; parking – $30/night (valet); full breakfast – FREE; evening reception – FREE

To book a room, please send me the following information:

  1. Your arrival and departure dates.  The dates are:  Thursday, May 26 (at Holiday Inn and Hilton Garden Inn only); Friday, May 27; Saturday, May 28; Sunday, May 29
  2. One or two beds. (please note:  less than 30% of our Festival rooms have 2 beds)
  3. Your Manager’s name and the area you are working.
  4. Your Hotel preference and an alternate choice.
  5. Email address and phone numbers where you can be reached; day AND evening numbers.
